Great story with a different twist than his typical

I’ve long been a fan of the gray man series and his writing style. I absolutely loved this book and I hope he writes more on this particular character or this type of venue I would definitely buy another one

Such an engaging book!

This book will keep you on the edge of your seat! With non-stop action and a narrated who brings it to life in the most amazing diversity of accents and intonations, you will be spellbound. When it ended I wanted to know what the next chapter of Josh Duffy’s life would include so I will watch for Mark Greaney’s next book which I hope will start where he left this one hanging😊
Do yourself a favor ( if you like suspense driven stories) and give it a listen!

Greaney Strikes Gold!

MG, as usual, delivered a compelling story. Narrator Adam Gold (don’t remember him) was strong. Handled most of the many character voices smoothly. Particularly liked his just-right tenor changes for the wildly varying dramas - cool steady macho narcos, frantic under-fire operators, desperate cornered and outnumbered good guys and several female characters believably strong in different ways under extreme pressure.

Did I say I really liked the story and the narration?

DOESN’T DISAPPOINT

Not stop action with a conscience! It is in keeping with the kind of hero Gray Man is. The characters are well written and believable. It is an exciting listen and well worth your time.

loved it. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. the plot was great, the storyline was gripping, the narrator read the book excellently.

Don’t hesitate

Never considered listening to this thinking why would I want to hear about security guys? Sounds lame. I can confirm, this book is not lame, and the characters aren’t security guards. Just pull the trigger and listen to the action!

Long time Mark Greaney fan. This title is one of his best, in my opinion. Brilliantly original story, very entertaining and action-packed. I liked that the story was not so complex that you had to re-listen to parts of the audio, but I couldn’t unravel the story until the author revealed it. It was well paced, the action never died for too long and the characters were all very “memorable”. Adam Gold did a decent job with narration.

No down time in this story, great characters and found another favorite narrator! Each character unique and easy to follow. Thanks Audible.
