Friends trying to reconnect. Loved the narrators.

Friends forever, could they be more? Fernando and Brianna were each other's support. Life and past issues slowly pushed them apart. Brianna was loyal to her family obligations. She was strong enough to move in a direction more of her choosing. Fernando let a fear of who he really was almost cost him everything. When he finally realized what was most important to him, he went for it with some patience but a lot of love. I enjoyed this story.

The audiobook was just as good as the book. Gregory Salinas and Grace Grant did justice to this interesting friends-to-lovers tale. They were a pleasure to listen to.

Beautiful Story

I loved this story when it first released but listening to the audio was better. When Gregory Salinas speaks in Spanish with his sexy baritone as Nando I immediately get chills everywhere. Grace Grant is the perfect Brie. I loved it!

Decent story but short. The plot line is cute and the relationship unfolds slowly, but it was missing the details that fill out the emotion of a full story.

Loved this Friends to Lovers Romance!

This friends to lovers romance captured my heart right from the beginning and never let go. Fernando (Nando) Cantù and Brianna (Bri) Connolly’s love story is an emotional, witty, and steamy rollercoaster ride that owned my heart. Nando and Bri meet in college when he was hired to help her acclimate safely in NY. They connected instantly and became best friends. Through the years they were each other's 'person', always there, and supporting each other. Bri lost her mom at a young age and her father never got over it. She holds herself back to protect her heart when everyone eventually leaves. Nando has his own secret that keeps him from commitments, fearing he will be abandoned as well. When Nando had to move to Luna Harbor to help revive the community, he needed his best friend by his side. He realized he has always loved her and he must win her over before he loses her forever.
I loved the complexity of Bri and Nando's relationship. It was so beautiful, tender, steamy, and organic. I loved how close they were with his brother's and band mates including Langdon who are all fun and essential in their lives, helping them see what is right in front of them. Burgoa writes such beautiful, and genuine stories, with diverse and alluring characters that feel so real and authentic, I can't help getting happily lost in her words.
Gregory Salinas, Grace Grant were perfectly cast as Nando and Bri. They skillfully made these characters so clear to me, making me care for them quickly. Their inflections were breathtaking, and their chemistry was palpable. Grant did a great job bringing out Bri's fun side and her strong emotions as well. This is my first time listening to Salinas and I loved his rich, deep voice and accent. He made Nando and the whole Cantù family feel genuine and real. I really enjoyed listening to them both and was completely lost in their storytelling.
This series is getting better with each book! I loved this fun, emotional, and steamy romance and I can't wait for more from Luna Harbor!

I loved getting to return to Luna Harbor with this friends to more romance!

Brianna and Nando have a wonderful friendship and she agrees to help him and his with their plans to rebuild the town. I thought they had a wonderful connection and it was fun watching them work out their growing feelings as they spent time together. He gives her dating lessons but it was easy to see they wouldn't be just lessons for long.

This was an easy, engaging read with interesting characters. This series just keeps getting better and better with each book, and this is one of my favorite books from Claudia yet!

Nando, narrated by the sensuous Gregory Salinas, is the younger Cantú brother. He has secrets he only shares with Brianna, his bestie since meeting her in college.
Brianna, narrated by one of my favorites, Grace Grant, is the other half of Nando's heart but they're too afraid to plunge from besties to lovers.

This is a slooow burn and its so worth the wait.
This couple will just melt your heart AND you get cameos from his family, and Baker's Creek family as well.

Entertaining

It was great to be back in Luna Harbor for Fernando (Nando) Cantù and Brianna Connolly’s friends to lovers story. Always You was well written, entertaining and ticked all the boxes for me. It was steamy, emotional, romantic and witty and a story that will draw you in and hold you captive.
I love small town romances and I could easily see myself in Luna Harbor as I became invested in the story from the first chapter. Nando and Brianna were easy to relate to and I really liked them separately and especially together.
Narrated by Gregory Salinas and Grace Grant who did a good job bringing the characters and story to life. Their voices were easy to listen to and enhanced the story for me. They expressed the chemistry and friendship between Nando and Brianna well and drew me in.
Nando and Brianna are best friends and have been so for years. When Nando asks Brianna to help the Cantu family in their quest to bring Luna Harbor back to life she agrees. However she has a request, she wants him to give her dating lessons.
What happens when lines are crossed? Will it ruin their friendship or be the start of a wonderful journey together?

Fernando and Breanna are best of friends since college. They dont want to go past the friend zone, thinking it would destroy what they have.
Their friendship/love thru the years develops .
Both are committed to their friendship but know they have demons to filter out.
They both know they need to fix themselves before having a relationship with anyone.
I love how Claudia developed their love and devotion they have for each other. until they realize they belong together.

Gregory Salinas and Grace Grant narration brings this wonderful story to life. I was gifted this audio and offered my honest review.

Fabulous Story & Narration🎧 Charming & Heartfelt!

I am loving this “Luna Harbor” series and the fabulous characters and storylines Claudia Burgoa created, it has become one of my favorite places to visit, she definitely created something special when she created this world. And this third book is Fernando “Nando” Cantú and Brianna Connolly’s story and it is “friends to lovers’ romance that is both charming and emotional. Nando, the youngest of the Cantú siblings wanted to go college in New York, his father wanted him to go to college in Seattle so he would be closer to home, but compromised and allowed him to go to NYU as long as he stayed with his brother Manelik and his roommates. He jumped on that because who would not want to live in a brownstone in Brooklyn for free, but he soon learns it is not for free, he will owe them. Manelik gives him a security job to watch a newcomer to New York and show her around, she is attending NYU too. Brianna’s father is just being overprotected, she is already familiar with NY and when she meets her new babysitter, Fernando, she tells him she can show him around and she sure does. These two clicked right from the start and became best of friends, and we get to see their friendship over the years as they grow into their own and still get each other like no one can. They each deal with their own inner demons and family issues, Nando is keeping a secret from his family and it really eats at him, and Brianna never got over her mother’s leaving and what it done to her father. These two fell in love somewhere over the way, heck maybe it was from the moment they first met, either way neither would act on it because neither one wanted to jeopardize their friendship. It amazed me how Nando could dish out advice on love and relationships, yet not see what was right in front of him: love. I adored these two characters, sure it was a forever love years in the making, but it was great to watch how it all played out and to spend time with them. This wonderfully written and plotted story has the perfect balance of drama, humor delivered via charming and witty dialogue, heartfelt emotions and a slow burn, but oh so worth the wait, romance. Claudia Burgoa thank you for another amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

The wonderfully talented Gregory Salinas and Grace Grant did an amazing job portraying these characters and did so with a complete understanding of who they were and grew with them as they grew. Salinas nailed it as Nando grasped every side of his personality, from his humor to his seriousness, and Grant did the same for Brianna, perfecting her role as well. Both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters too. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen.
