I think this book is much better suited to a hard copy version. There's so many lists and anagrams and definitions try and keep track of its hard to organize it inthe brain as you're listening to it.

This book is a must for every human being interested in living a cogent life.
The author is ingenious in how she provides tools and explanations with acronyms to remember to use, learn, master.
She debunks myths that are full of shoulds from spirituality to nature and it’s one of my favorite chapters because it is so freeing.
Her brilliant and practical approach will support so many diverse ways of learning starting with the way we hear the information.
Thank you so much for an excellent material. I will revisit throughout this book throughout my one wild and precious life, and you added magical? I’m in complete agreement💜💜
