I don't have my dating apps after all, and frankly she's pretty funny. And sexy. And why can't I stop texting her? And now we're talking. And...look, I'll admit that I usually run for the hills the morning after, but the morning after phone sex? That's not really real, right?

Great start

The book got off to a great start. I don’t mind the phone convo, it’s how they got to know each other. Emi quickly became annoying. I felt like she was constantly in her head and whatever conclusion she came to had nothing to do with reality. And even when she was face to face with reality she twisted things in her head to suit her narrative. I was over her by the middle of the book. Narration was great though. I wouldn’t mind listening to them again.

I loved it

It was amazing. Now I'm going straight to hearing Beau's story. New author and narrators for me but all of them amazing.

loved the story and characters.

I fell in love with this story. My only issue though was towards the end when Em was just a little to mean to Trystan. I get she was afraid and trying to protect herself from being hurt... been there done that, but I think she could've handled it better. The man was trying to get close to her , but she was coldly shutting him out. Then when he finally got her to open up her attitude was a little better.

angsty main female character

the story was going really well, then it had to take a crude left turn on the female character. so much hang up, I was expecting that with the main male character not on her. this had to unveil in chapter 40, too late for me not to finish the story.

Funny and sweet

Sweet story with funny scenes and fantastic narrations. The story line is perfect for current times and makes for funny situations.

Loved!!

This book had me laughing out loud multiple times. I loved the spicy scenes too. Great work!!!

Trystan and Emmy

An adorably sweet feel good romance. Trystan and Emmy are both witty, charming, and absolutely perfect for one another. I adored this book.
John Lane and Cassandra York truly brought this story to life. I enjoyed listening to both of them,

Entertaining

Funny and easy to listen. The narrators did a wonderful job telling this story. The flow was good and there were no slow or drowned out parts.

I enjoyed the story except for chapter 40 where she’s being so annoying by being unreasonable. Ugh!! So annoying. Like just read the profile damnit!!
