Wonderful story!

This is an enthralling book that sucks you in and won't let go. I would highly recommend it.

Gillian is an AMAZING audio performer!! The book itself is fantastic aside from a couple somewhat lame terms. Awesome altogether though!

fun read

interesting story. great female characters. Gillian's voice is smart, sexy, believable and feels like home all at once. was great to have her narrating in the background of my day to day for awhile.

Gripping!

I will admit that I bought this book because I'm a huge fan of gillian anderson. But from the first chapter you're hooked. It's epic and yet relatable and I loved many of the characters. Plus I was super impressed by Gillian's accents. Definitely worth a listen!

She's such a good reader!

Gillian Anderson's reading is immersive. Her attention to detail is admirable, when it comes to making all of the characters distinct and recognizable. The various voices and accents are surprisingly constant throughout, not because of her ability but because of the sheer number. It's definitely better as an audiobook than a print book, but that's probably because I get Gillian Anderson's voice to keep me company in the car.

Where is the fabulous acting when know and love?

The story is wonderful. However, it sounds like Gillian Anderson is bored out of her mind the whole story. Completely monotone. Sounds like the next book is the same. Save the credit, read the book instead. It’s worth reading for sure.

What was most disappointing about Gillian Anderson and Jeff Rovin ’s story?

The topic is compelling, but it is told in a tediously slow fashion. I just don't like how it is written. I finished ten chapters then quit.

Which character – as performed by Gillian Anderson – was your favorite?

The therapist Kaitlyn has a colleague to consult with by phone. I like him. The others are mostly forgettable.

I really enjoyed this! The story is engaging, and I'm looking forward to the next installment. Also, not surprisingly, Gillian Anderson is a masterful reader. Really well done.

I LOVE THIS SERIES!

It’s imaginative with spiritual truths not usually covered in fiction. Well written & highly descriptive! I could envision the imagery clearly! Love the narration by Gillian Anderson & others. Great stuff.
