Cheerful Gunnilde Payne is hiding a bruised heart behind her bright smile. When her friend invites her to spend some time away from her provincial home, she jumps at the chance.

All is going well, until Gunnilde overhears herself rudely dismissed by two knights, as “nice, and eminently forgettable.” Poor Gunnilde is mortified.

Then, she decides to take her future in her hands and seize the chances life puts before her. She will go to the royal court in Aphrany. She will attract the attention of the Queen and become one of her ladies-in-waiting!

Little does Gunnilde know that at court she will attract the attention of someone else entirely… Someone disapproving, someone who thinks she is a flaunting, flirtatious creature but certainly not forgettable. No, not remotely forgettable.

And then, the Queen insists that Gunnilde marry him.

A Most Forgettable Girl is a stand-alone novel and is set in a medieval style landscape in the fictional kingdom of Karadok. Please do not purchase if you are offended by strong language and or sex scenes.

This book is so dreamy. I’ve discovered that I enjoy an awkward untried MMC and a bold FMC. It was quite exciting! The progression between them is written so well and Anne Flosnik is like icing on the cake. 10/10 would recommend and I can’t wait for the next one.

Sigh 🥰

This was a very heartwarming love story. Gunnhilde is so sweet and good-hearted. James never knew she was just what his cold heart needed. Every Alice Coldbreath book is a must buy for me, and then I get the audible version and enjoy it all over again.

Love the Narrator, Perfect for Medieval Romance

I wanted to hear about the mother in law falling in love with her too but oh well.

Normally I love Coldbreath, she's one of my most favorite authors, but lately (the second half of the Brides of Karadok series) she's been writing books that are progressively more and more boring. This book hit a new low....literally nothing happened in the book, no drama, no emotion, no strife ...they mostly talked about who's wearing what and then talking and talking and talking about nothing! the only reason I finished (struggled through) the book is the previously earned love and respect for the author. You can definitely skip this one! If you read the book description, you know enough to move on to the next upcoming book.

0 drama, incredibly boring
