The best so far...

What would you do after discovering you have amazing superpowers???!!! Fighting crime of course!! Wonderful story, another part of the puzzle that this series is becoming!!! And another couple of fated mates, baby included!! So, this book is the best on the series so far, and Mr Frysta’s narration, in his very professional voice and amazing acting helped to consolidate this title. Loved it!

A Wonderful Story

This is the fifth book in The Guardian Dragons Series. A fascinating book with good writing. The plot was entertaining and it was steady throughout the book. I found the story and characters great. The characters were developed and thought out. Jake and Collan are the MC’s of this book. The narration was done well it was expressive and not monotone. I can recommend this book as a good read. I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book for an honest review.

New Twist

This book took the series in a semi new direction, with Collan not knowing anything, him and Jake trying to survive while figuring out what is going on.

The narrator did a good job.

Interesting

This was a good story. Collan was a lost soul and I was moved by his character and Jack was a intriguing character together they are perfect you add in the dragon magic and the storyline was great. The narration was good.

Narrator J.K. Frysta delivered the exciting conclusion of the Guardian Dragon series. His voices for the dragons were phenomenal! He was able to carry the tension and anxiety, but also switch to humorous moments, which guaranteed a highly enjoyable dragon experience. I enjoyed his performances so much so, I’m nominating this whole series for a Blue Encore! You know, go big or go home!

The plot and characters were original and very intriguing. I loved the approach to what omegas are and how dragons ended up not having any female dragons left. The whole series was well planned and I honestly can not point out any loose ends or plot holes.

The sex scenes were original to each couple, not the same (cookie cutter) at any stage. The approach to the coupling or knotting itself was as unique as the characters who committed the acts. In book 5, both the dragon and omega never had a clue about what they are. Both were orphans who grew up as humans. The story about the discovery of their true natures and inborn instincts while experiencing their mutual attractions was expertly written. I enjoyed the innocence and almost naive explorations.

The history of the dragons and the rest of the supernatural beings was well laid out and totally believable. I loved the ancients and how they deliberated for years at a time, actually time means nothing to them. It was very funny to me as I could see in my mind’s eye, how these dragons sat and converse back and forth. The well rounded secondary characters created a deeper connection to the series, which I think was another deeper foundation built for spin-offs.

The mutual enemy of the dragons and other supernatural beings “The Templars” was another original idea, especially because it coincides with fundamental human history. They were extremely “hateable” especially the “evil scientist”. This testifies about the broad scope of the series, instead of just boy meets dragon and dragon knocks up the boy who happens to be an omega, who has babies and they live happily ever after.

I definitely recommend this series.

Enjoyable story!!

This was an enjoyable story with a new to me narrator. Its not everyday you find out your not what you believe, Full of action and dragon magic. Loved it!!

Realistic, gritty, urban world

I have been saying all along in this series that one of the top things I like about it is that information about how this world works now, its history, legends, politics and feuds is not just dumped out in chunks but delicately scattered through each book like puzzle pieces. Well this book really tested that premise because it isn't clear who these guys are, what is going to happen with them, why they are drawn together and what is going on with those at the ranch. I loved it! I liked the non-sequential time and the fact that the authors trusted their readers to be intelligent enough to follow the story and figure some things out. The world feels more modern and real here than in the previous volumes. The Ghost kind of reminded me of the Andrew Vachss novels where there were avengers out there in a gritty, urban landscape that you didn't totally understand. The hot romance continues as always. Only one more book to go, can't wait to read it but will be very sad to see this series end. I thought the narrator had the perfect voice for this entry. The dark shades in his voice combined with his ability to get the character emotions right made for a great listen.

Engaging!

Collan meets Jake when he rescues him from a kidnapping. Collan has special abilities that he discovered in the past and uses them to contact crime. Jake is enamored with his Savior and they become intimate and then things start to change. I am so looking forward to the next one in the series!

i love this series and the writing.. the characters are so much fun.. its sexy and entertaining.. i enjoyed the narrator as well.. they did a good job with the personalities and the emotions.. it was a lot of fun to hear. i enjoyed it

Collan and James were a great couple...I enjoyed their story as fated mates.
him finding out he had powers was a nice touch.
