Exciting series

I really enjoyed this second book. Excellent story, character development, and sprinkled clues. Narrator is excellent.

Love it

I love these books. Can’t wait for the next in the series.
I like that Safron has a mind of her own, and that she won’t let anyone boss her around. And I like that the romance doesn’t overshadow the mystery

Great! When’s book 3? LOL!

I’m in love with these books!! Perfect mix of feminism mixed with heroism mixed with Sherlock Holmes and romance.

Slight spoiler but vague, I am really bummed about Saffron’s big decision. I feel as if she made the wrong choice in the end after having read both books bc the character that leaves in the end, I really enjoyed bc they is self established and strong willed and that compliments a woman! I HOPE they come back for book 3, I really do, but by the sounds of the epilogue and goodbyes, doesn’t seem likely. I’m highly disappointed in the behavior of Ashton. I was excited for his return. Nothing romantic about his behavior, war afflicted or not.

Just like her first book, this one delivered too! Loved the whole story and can't wait til the next one comes out! 😊

Love historical references to flowers

Intriguing story full of mystery and suspense. It’s one of those books you know you’ll enjoy multiple times.

Enjoyable 2nd book

I think I like the 1st better but this was a great listen. I enjoy the characters and find the narrator does a great job.

Saffron returns for another period mystery. Well written and performed. Looking forward to the third installment.

Good ending. I wish they a answer a few more questions. But I see there is another book. So that’s that.

Lighthearted listen

Once again, I rather enjoyed Khavari’s story. It was an easy, entertaining listen with just enough science, interesting characters, and storyline to make it delightful. I love Saffron, but it was nice to get to know Elizabeth, her flatmate and friend, a little more.
