I have to say this was the best AMBW series I've listened too. I mean EVER!!! Sista's please give this series a listen. I promise you will not regret it! Ms. Lenz, you've gained a follower for life.

This story was exciting !!! so many unexpected turn of events. The way the writer build up the characters was mind blowing. I really enjoy the combination of cultures. ❤️❤️ when is the next series coming out!!!

Excellent series

I couldn’t stop listening and went through all 3 books this week. The storytelling was engaging with just the right amount of Gore romance and suspense. I can’t wait to read more in the future from this author. Great job from a fellow Michigan resident.

The love story

I was swept away at the same time intrigued with the drama but still the love was strong!

They gave details on the HEA ❤️❤️❤️

This was a very different story. It was interesting enuf that I bought the whole series! I have only done that once or twice out of over 500 audiobooks. Love the way they meshed the cultures n told some truths I wasn’t ready to hear. Did a splendid job w.the voices, family n friend dynamics, details n esp the fight scenes 😅 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

As always I HATE CLIFFHANGERS this was worth the wait.

This had some twists and turns you couldn't imagine. I guess it'll be wrong to say some of them deserved what they got. Overall the series was really good.

Narration!

I will never understand how such horrible narrators can be picked! Please start polling the average public or do some consumer groups before y’all pick one! A perfectly good book can be crap because of the dismal voices! Over this was a good series, but the narrators were subpar.

Exciting

This series was very interesting and the story line continued where it left off. Very steamy too. Adults are the only audience

Hunn-T… I feel highly satisfied and vindicated. I hope y’all got yours because I got mines. The audacity and cynicism was real. But heads did roll and my blood pressure is back to normal. This series was a great read and my love goes out to the narrators; excellent choice in cast.

A Love Story with Layers (Family, Culture, and Romance Collide)

Wow — what a wild ride! 🎢✨ The plot is absolutely amazing — full of unexpected twists, suspenseful turns, and moments that kept me flipping pages way past bedtime! 📖🔥

It’s a Blasian romance 💕 (yes, Black and Asian love!) filled with family drama that keeps you fully entertained from start to finish. There’s emotion, tension, culture, and so much heart woven throughout the story — it’s impossible not to get pulled in. 🧩🔥

Now, I’ll admit, the narrator’s tone made the story drag a little at times 😅. It took me a bit to adjust, but once I did, I was all in. If you can move past that like I did, you’re in for something really special. 🙌

And no worries — I’m not spoiling a thing. I hate when reviews give away too much. 😤 So I’ll just say this: put on your seat belts and enjoy the ride! 🎉🚗💨

Highly recommend if you're into plots that keep you guessing, romance that breaks the mold, and stories that stay with you long after the last page. 🌟👏
