Cute Love Story!

What Was The Reason?
IN MY OPINION, this was an unnecessary follow-up to a book that was released over 4 years ago with sub characters that weren't really strong enough to carry a full book. It was a slow burn with nothing of real substance and even the spice fell short. It was uncharacteristically underwhelming for a CCJ story and the only thing that kept me listening was Wesleigh. This was my first time listening to Sharif and while I didn't hate his narration, it was just OK to me.

I don’t remember Elodie and Shaw from Behind the Scenes. At first I thought this was a catch up for Pierre and Logan. With that being said it was a quick read and I honestly only got the audible because of the narrators. Some of the transitions were a little confusing. When the characters were reminiscing about the past it quickly transitioned to present And I had to rewind to make sure I didn’t miss something. I enjoyed the narration but that’s about it.
