Outstanding

This one was simply a rollercoaster of emotions for me at lease. This book certainly contains a complex tale that the author masterfully wove together for our enjoyment. Again the narration was fantastic and the authors world building is certainly exceptional.This is a story full of evil, courage, friendship & defeat. Once you start it you won't want to put it down.

Skalda and Bale ride again until they are captured. Her enemies keep Skalda from her dragon at first but they soon realize that it's a lost cause. As Skalda begins to get to know her captors, she learns about her brother and all the evil he has caused and her emotions are exploding. She still doesn’t want to believe her brother was that cruel. Now Bale has grown considerably and also has an even snarkier attitude but together they defeat some dangerous worms and then they will head to battle. There will be some triumphs in the battle but also some great losses. Skalda and Bale will have to use their wits and skills to evade the evil that will show its face in the battle but Skalda is determined to stop her brother no matter what. A great read with a heart stopping ending and I can't wait for the next one.
This series is very unique and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes Dragons.
