Relaxing

So relaxing and calming and long enough to meditate and relax, very calming and fall asleep feeling good.

Very difficult to relax too

This was very hard to listen to. it isn't relaxing and this isn't my first one of these frequencies. I've never been disappointed with a digital purchase. And this is the first that I would return if possible.
