Tessa Cason has written many books about tapping but I wish this had been her first book. This book introduces everything you need to know to be able to tap successfully within the first 6 pages of the book. From that point on a user can take one of two directions. 1) Start at the beginning of the first list of 20 tapping statements. Read through them and see if any feel as if they apply to you. If so, list the top 7 statements. Pick one and think about how it plays out in your life. You should be able to come up with examples pretty easily. Work through the questions and tap through the questions--making notes as you tap. Repeat this process over a series of days and complete the book. 2) Glance through the groups of 20 tapping statements until you find statements that resonate with you. List the top 7 statements and follow the process above. Repeat this process as needed to enjoy the benefits of EFT Tapping.

Tapping statement are amazing
Tessa is right on! Her tapping statements really get to heart of beliefs, even to the point of your deepest beliefs.
I'm always impressed by her background of study . It's always nice to have a audio to listen and keep things fresh.
