I really appreciate the practical and timely advice found in this book. The audiobook breaks down good habits to take on and bad habits to shed with step by step advice, in this post pandemic times. There are no sales pitch rather a advice on how to gravitate your mindset in the right direction with real-life examples and advice. A reader is very easy to understand and his voice makes the audiobook very engaging. There is also a bonus checklist that can be downloaded and printed. The pdf showed up in my library after purchase.
