I learned a lot from the short book.

It was good, but my only critique would be to not spend so much time on the definition of defensiveness at the beginning of the book. As well the other thing that might confuse people is the way The author talks about not being defensive. It is kind of confusing instead of telling the viewer or the listener hey these are the things you shouldn't do it seems like he's maybe being sarcastic and telling the viewer what they should be doing to be defensive which I know what they're trying to do but to other people it might be confusing. It was a great overall read and I picked up a lot of good pointers.

This is a great book I love to read more than once. Highly recommend to you!

i only gave this book 5 reviews because

it serves as a springboard to get you to see how other people are weaponizing adulthood to use anything against you to make themselves feel better. this book basically gives you insight into how they want to take that stance against you. so you can be prepared and find more books to help with that and continue on your journey of being you and loving you because they won't and they don't and never will pretty much is what the book is saying. so be prepared but don't be scared. never be scared. sums up the book.

I really enjoyed this audiobook. Going to put it to use personally as well as share it with family and employees!

Helpful book

I’m not sure that writing this helpful book in the reverse form is the most effective way. It did keep me listening intently to avoid picking up the wrong message, so maybe that’s a good thing.

Witty format but it makes it hard to follow for the reader. this is just my opinion.
