A Dark, Dirty & Intense Ride! Fantastic Listen🎧📚🎧

Piper Stone is a master at writing dark and twisted romance novels, she raised the heat level in this book by three making it a reverse harem. The story is well written with investing storylines that are captivating from start to end. The characters are complex and well developed, Delaney Archer is not thrilled with her job or her boss but when an opportunity arises to use her photography skills she jumps on it. The job entails taking photos of a home on a remote island, she is glad she gets to do what she loves to do an added bonus is she’ll be on her own for a few days. What could have been a job that jumpstarted her photography career turns in to a nightmare. Turns out she was not the only one on the remote island. Sawyer was double crossed and placed in prison, he breaks out and with the help of his two friends, Jax Finley and Rafael Valencia he is determined to get his vengeance on Carter Bradley, the person responsible for putting him behind bars. The three men mistake Delaney for Carter’s girl and put their plan in action first by taking her in every way and then getting her to share info on Carter. Delaney captured by three bad alpha males was determined to not be broken and things turned around quickly for her. This is a fast moving story with plenty of drama, angst, twists and turns, thrilling and suspenseful moments, hot BDSM scenes and romance. Piper Stone thank you for another great story.

🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Thomas Locklear is a talented narrator and versatile voice artist. As always he does awesome job portraying the characters, bringing them to life and humanizing them with their emotions and personality. He covers the voices for all the characters, performed both the male and female roles giving each their own distinct voice making it easy to follow along and tell who is who. It is amazing how he easily he falls into his characters roles, sounding believable and just as I picture them to sound, accent and all. He is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another awesome listen🎧

Will end up purchasing the book...

Story seems to be great, but I'm sorry I can't stand the female characters voice(s). I really dislike the slow, breathy, and disjointed way the characters are read. The male voices? Phenomenal! Love the accents and the way he speaks for them. Super torn on the performance score because love his male voice...majorly dislike the female... I will be purchasing this as an ebook so I can read it myself because I'm loving the story line!

Piper, you did it again!!! This story was.....WOW! The characters were explosive! I fell in love with these guys!
And, Thomas is ALWAYS great! But I think this was his best "book" yet!!!!! I hate it took me 2 days to finish this! Next....

Hot, steamy adventure!

I love reverse harem and this book did Not disappoint. The Story was an adventure and had a very good storyline. Book was HOT! The male narrator seemed to do better with the female voice than some of the male characters. He tended to have an Uneven, choppy tone that seemed unnatural for one voice in particular. That was the only negative I found. I will listen again as the steam was more than 5 stars!

Dark and Explosively Hot 💥🔥💥!!

WARNING: Although Piper Stone's books are hard to put down, make sure that you take a break if you need one before the last three chapters of this book. I absolutely couldn't stop listening at this point because there was so much nail biting action happening.

This is an action packed, mysterious, suspenseful revengeful, and deadly reverse harem tale. Delaney is trying to support herself. Her life changing opportunity soon turns into a nightmare. However, I like how it soon becomes an answer to her sexual fantasies. Sawyer escaped from prison after he was falsely convicted. Jax and Rafael are his two friends but they are more like brothers. I love the strong bond between them. Soon these four are working together to try to figure out who is trying to kill them. I spent much of my time holding my breath. This is an outstanding reverse harem story but here is a trigger warning: their first sexual scene was nonconsentual.

Once again Thomas Locklear brings the story to life by giving all of the characters their own distinctive voices including accents..You'll think that you're listening to a duet narration. He makes it so easy to picture the story in your mind. He gives the main three male characters very sexy voices. He's a outstandingly storyteller whom I love to listen to and enjoy. I highly recommend this Audible book.

Explosive

Probably my favorite book so far from Piper Stone. I loved the story line and the mystery added in. The private island made things so much more fun and dangerous all together. The story has great depth and the heat is there. Honestly the only thing I can say is the use of “all her holes” is over used. This is a common line in all her books I could do with out hearing durning every scene. There has to be another way to convey they she’s owned and they will do as they choose. Looking past that though it was a thrilling ride with lots going on and super hot sexy times. As stated in the description there are triggers. This is an adult book with spanking, forced moments and graphic description so buyer beware. Thomas is a superb narrator with so many different voices and his female voice is great! He’s oozes sexual appeal when needed but plays the damsel in distress with just as much talent.

Fantastic Narration

This is my first experience with Thomas Locklear as a narrator and all I have to say is Unbelievable, if he is truly the only one performing,especially the female voice, I’d like to say Wow what an artist. He must be heard to be believed. Each character has their own voice he keeps you totally involved in the story well worth the credit. Piper Stone as usual gives an interesting story but a rushed thru ending in my opinion (the heroine’s story was tied up a little too neatly) Oh yeah there is heat and steam from beginning to end, a little too much female spanking for my taste but mabe that’s just my preference.

Dark and Steamy

Wrong place at the wrong time and thinking she's someone else. Delaney thinks she's getting a second chance job which might be a mini vacation. However, after arriving on the island and starting to take pictures, she realizes she's not alone. These three men plan to punish and take advantage of her as part of their revenge plan. During this time, she starts to wonder if she's having feelings for them and if she's actually enjoying this treatment. Is this a case of Stockholm syndrome? To find out why these three men want revenge, what happens to Delaney, and what happens in the end, you will have to give this a listen. Loved the story line of this book.

This narrator was new to me but he did amazing. Each character was able to be distinguished which is important and too have their own personality. Narrator did an amazing job and I look forward to hearing his future work.
