Roman "Quick" Webb is one badass bounty hunter on the crime-filled streets of Atlanta. Dr. Chauncey stirred up Quick's suppressed, most carnal desires from a place deep down inside of him. He'd reacted so badly the first time that now his sexy surgeon wanted nothing to do with him. It was going to take a fair amount of patience and a whole lot of wooing involved as Quick sets out to convince Cayson that he's worth another chance and that he is the brave lover who Cayson has been looking for.

Promises: Part 1 was good (decent), but this book was the one I was super excited for. IMO, this is the best one out of the entire Bounty Hunter line. The angst level wasn’t outrageous, there was a little bounty hunting drama along with a stalker ex, and an uber satisfying HEA. Quick and Cayson will forever remain my favorite couple after this. I think one of the things that I liked most about this series is that, despite characters with rough pasts, the story wasn’t mired in flashbacks. There are certain parts mentioned (more so in passing), but we don’t have to replay the nitty gritty details over and over again. It really cuts down on the angst and makes the overall story much more pleasant to get through. That is true for Parts 1, 2, and 3...but not Part 4, which is angsty as eff.

Best book of the entire series!

You keep it coming STRONG Ms. Via, and I LOVE IT! ❤
BOOK 2 of your "Promises Series" is 5-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s+ for me, it offered so much more than book 1 had. I love how you brought Quick and the Doctor together. It was a "True" love story.
And, this book was packed with so much action. I was literally on the edge; to excited, from one chapter to another.

Aiden Snow again, gave an AMAZING PERFORMANCE!!! 👏
I'm in love with this audio actor. His vocal talent is upon many.  When I 1st heard his voice rendition for 'God' in the "Nothing Special Series" I was in love with his talent then. And now, with the Series "Promises" he has me feeming for him ever more.
Needless to say, this is a audiobook you would want to get and make time in your schedule to listen to the the whole book, because you're not going to want to pause it; trust me.

5-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s and a standing ovation for both Ms. Via and Mr. Snow.

Oh my Goodness as the series goes on I fall more in love with every MC.

Quick and Cayson had a rough start. Quick identified as Bi but had never been able to explore that side of himself as he got his first girlfriend pregnant and had a shotgun wedding.

When Cayson first flirted with Quick, Quick reacted irrationally and threw Cayson out of his house. After Quick realized he was really attracted to Cayson he had some groveling to do.

Cayson unfortunately hasn't had the best luck with men. His sort of boyfriend (on and off) was still in the closet (WAY DEEP) and only wanted Cayson when he felt like a home cooked meal and Cayson to get on his knees for him, usually without reciprocating. When Cayson broke it off Dr. Joe didn't take it too well.

Throughout Quick's romancing of Cayson, Dr. Joe continues to stalk Cayson and threaten him causing serious problems .

This is a Must Read/Listen - I mean - OMG Aiden Snow. I totally Love his voice and he is So good at distinguishing the MCs and others.

So glad Quick got his HEA and Dr. Casen was perfect for him. I'm dying to move onto Ford and Dana's story next. This series is really getting so good!

Quick and Cay are so good together! I loved seeing all the bounty hunter team and it was fun to watch Quick try and apologize for being a jerk at the beginning.

Great addition to this series!
