I originally read this book before reading much of the Love Belvin universe. I didn’t appreciate the layers and backstory enough because I wasn’t familiar with the characters. This book has a ton of crossover with essentially every major character of her previous work. I would recommend reading this after reading her previous work. It is a great story and I love the characters. I love the journey that they’re on and I think the performances were spot on.

baby when i say sus was getting on my last nerves i mean that! But!!! With her childhood trauma you could understand why she moved the way she did. I’m glad they got through there problems and got there happily very after!!! They both deserve love!
