One of my favorites of all time

However, this was one of the worse recorded audiobooks I’ve listened to. The poor quality of the female recorded parts and long long pauses in between chapters switching made it almost impossible to keep listening. But on the positive side, I’ve gained a new favorite author.

I read the book and I have just listened to the the audible version. I thought that it could not get any better, but it was...kudos

a few glitches

Loved the story! Love the narrators. However there a few glitches in the recording, such as repetition of phrases that maybe should have been edited out and long pauses of silence between scene transitions. Other than that, I really enjoyed it!

amazing story

This is the first book I've read by this author, but it won't be the last. I absolutely loved everything about the story and characters and I can't wait to read the next book. Now let's talk about narrators. I loved both the female and makes voice and performance. But the audio quality from the female narrator was poor. I hope she updates her equipment before the next book because she has so much potential.

My Blue's

Love the story, but this recording requires patience. Love that the author attempted to do it her way, but when you pay for audible, and consistently listen to flawless performances, this one becomes that much harder to listen to. I patiently await book 2 to complete my series. Ase.

I was disappointed with the narration.

I enjoyed this story, I felt the narration was tooooo choppy . Both narrator's had great voices , but it just didn't flow like I'm used to the narration doing.

Love Belvin is an AMAZING author!!!

I had to start with saying how amazing the author is amazing because sometimes if the audio version of the book isn’t great we tend to lose site of that. So let me say that I am well versed in the LB universe so I was super excited to see she was coming over to audible as well. I’m not sure what took place in the recording process but for whatever reason the female narrator sounds as though she’s recording in a regular room and not a studio. So from the first few minutes of listening I’m not going to lie I turned it off because I just couldn’t do it. But then I came back to see how was the quality of the male narrator and his was of much better quality. So hearing that, what I would say is if you can get passed the poor quality of the female narrator’s parts you will experience an amazing story! I hope this won’t be the end of Love Belvin books in audio form I just would encourage better sound quality. The actual performance of the narrators were pretty good.

Astonishing

YO! I read the reviews on this book before ordering and I was really intrigued. Let me tell you I was not disappointed! The audio was a bit questionable, but I could totally look past that because the story kept me wanting to keep listening. I was shaking my head, talking to myself, smiling, and just in awe! I loved Ragee’s spirituality! And the way his grandmother spoke into his life. Wynter was so patient. I liked the way their love grew even though it was out of some messed up circumstances. They were so passionate. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the way the story unfolded I was kinda shocked. I was mad the way the book ended and the next book is not on Audible!

Overall Enjoyed the audio version of the book. Want to hear book two now! A little work needed on parts of the audio background quality but both narrators did a good job.

First Audible but 3rd time with the story

Reading this story could be felt, but hearing it took you to places your own reading doesn't! I enjoyed this audible retell of my favorite LB story!
