Rec'd my pre-ordered copy yesterday & less than 24 hours later I'm done... yes, it's that good! This book, like its' predecessors, didn't disappoint. With vivid images of violence & passion, the plot moves like a high end sports car through a slalom, leaving the reader yearning for more. That final chapter...WHOA!With the best ending of any book of the series let's just hope the sequel follows sooner than later. (Mini spoiler alert: It was great to 'see' two of my favorite characters again - Lola Mack & Mrs. Jones! 😍) Awesome, awesome, AWESOME!!!

I'm never sure what can go through EJD's mind when writing about Gideon. This book proved me right again. I love this superhero masked as a killer. Actioned packed and makes you want to just peek around the corner over and over again. I'm sure Gideon isn't done, EJD leaves you with those thoughts. Can't wait to see what Gideon does next; who Gideon beds next and I hope I don't have to wait too long for this Gideon Adventure. #KudosforthevoiceofGideon

If you could sum up Finding Gideon in three words, what would they be?

I need more!

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The backstory of midnight and the Beast was the most interesting. It was really the only thing new. The question of Thelma/Katherine's past is getting old. We are five books in and we still have no idea who she truly is or what happened to her.

What about Dion Graham’s performance did you like?

I loved his versatility, He can do so much with so many different characters. He is truly amazing.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

I think the author should have revealed much more than he did after such a long gap between the 4th and 5th installment. I also think the gap was way too long. I couldn't recall what happened in the first four and have since donated my books (wasn't listening to audiobooks back then) so my choice was to wing it or re-purchase/re-read all the previous books. I love EJD but please don't let it be another nine years before the next one.

This book is really exciting, suspenseful and intriguing! I fell in love with Gideon, Lola Mac, Mrs. Jones, shotgun a.k.a. Alvin White, Catherine, Steven and Robert! This book series should be made into a movie!!!
