Story
The Galahad, a faster-than-light spacecraft, carries 50 scientists and engineers on a mission to prepare Kepler 452b, Earth's nearest habitable neighbor at 1400 light years away. With Earth no longer habitable and the Mars colony slowly failing, they are humanity's best hope. After 10 years in a failed cryogenic bed - body asleep, mind awake - William Chanokh's torture comes to an end as the fog clears, the hatch opens, and his friend and fellow hacker, Tom, greets him...by stabbing a screwdriver into his heart. This is the first time William dies.

One of the best...
I've been a sci-fi fan for a very long time. By far, this is one of the best books I've ever read or listened to.
R.C. Bray brings a whole new world of original premise and story to life. He is, without question, one of the best in this business.
My bet is that you will enjoy this book immensely.

NO KINDNESS IS EVER WASTED
REPUTATION IS ALL A MAN HAS
As the reviewer Mila says, this author is creative. This is actually my second time to listen and I liked it even better this time around. The book can be enjoyed by 8 year olds and up to 108. It is entertaining from beginning to end. It is considered a kids book, because the author normally writes in that genre, the main character is a boy, there is no sex and the violence is down played. Some people are killed, but it is not dwelled on or made to sound gory, so your child will not have nightmares. You get to see life from the point of view of the Viking. The book is full of trolls, orcs, etc...
Very well done.

A fresh adventure
I wasn't sure what to expect when I started this book, but I could not stop listening until the very end! The narrative feels familiar yet full of endless possiblity, but what is sure is that the author's attention to detail and character development will transport you to a new world of adventure which makes you want to be a part of it. Full of witty humor and even unsuspecting emotional moments, I felt invested into the characters and story almost immediately. Furthermore, the voice acting was ranged, entertaining, and overall kept my attention. I cannot wait to continue this saga and definitely recommend it to any RPG fans and epic literature fans alike.

Another great yarn by Yahtzee
Having enjoyed both Mogworld and Jam, I was glad this followed in the same humorous tradition. The story was fast paced, filled with dry wit, and as sensible as such a crazy plot could be. It made for great ride.

Story
In this Hugo Award-winning classic, Enoch Wallace is an ageless hermit, striding across his untended farm as he had done for over a century, still carrying the gun with which he had served in the Civil War. But what his neighbors must never know is that, inside his unchanging house, he meets with a host of unimaginable friends from the farthest stars.

Holds up After Many Years
I wondered if this would be a story that did not relate to today. After all it was written in the 1960's. It turns out that it is as relevant to today as it was during the Cold War when it was written. This is a good story and a great book club selection. The topics for discussion are endless.

Fantastic! Brilliant! Wonderful!
I never thought I'd enjoy an audio novel, but I was wrong. The voice actor is simply amazing. I knew who he was referring to just by the changes in his voice and they were flawless every time.

One of the Most Underrated Series!
If you are looking for a world to become totally engrossed in, it is Alera. Before now, I never thought I'd find a series which captures the imagination and heart like Harry Potter did when I was a kid. Kate Reading does a fantastic job bringing each character to life and is one of my preferred narrators. She is clear and conversational without putting on obnoxious affectations.
