Timothy Lawrence Routledge was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, IL with a family that loves to read, watch movies, and listen to many genres of music. Tim's creative mind was able to flourish in such a home and he began to write his first novel at twenty-one years of age.

Tim loves creating worlds with deep lore and large casts of intriguing characters. The importance of family ties and sibling connection is evident in his stories. Tim currently resides in Austin, TX where he continues to create far-away lands and write stories for everyone to enjoy.
