Susan J Razavi LCSWR is a veteran psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist whose integrative approach to mental health bridges science, mindfulness and spirituality. With over three decades of clinical experience, she combines traditional psychotherapy, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, mindfulness, and body based practices to foster deep emotional healing. For more than 15 years, Susan has developed and refined TrancePlan Hypnotherapy, a method that unites Western psychology with Eastern philosophy, to help clients achieve lasting transformation. Her professional journey from case management and community mental health to private practice, reflects her lifelong dedication to human conscious growth. Susan's path to becoming a therapist was born from an early fascination with the human mind; by age ten she was studying Freud and Jung. Balancing motherhood and education, she earned a Master's in Social Work at forty and went on to create a thriving career that integrates wisdom from both hemispheres of the world. Her studies in India and Peru with immersion in Hindu philosophy continue to inform her paractice and her groundbreaking model, Conscious Integrative Therapy.
