Steven is the founder of Accelerated Ventures and co-founder of Accelerator Forum, helping successful business consultants and coaches earn more by licensing their best programs to corporations, growing with strategic partnerships, and hosting business growth forums. He has provided change management consulting and training to 24 Fortune 500 companies such as UPS, Walmart, Compass, Shell, Pfizer, and Huntsman. He also licensed his patient satisfaction system to 1100 hospitals nationwide. He credits much of his success to the 7 years he spent opening new resorts for Walt Disney World. His mastermind members have generated more than $124 million in new revenue using only 2 or 3 of his 9 proven business growth strategies. He is the author of multiple books, including Success from the Inside Out; Jumpstart Your Creativity; and The Five Minute Secret: How to Connect with Anyone, Anywhere at Anytime (2023), with 204,000 books distributed globally. He has shared stages with Les Brown, Jack Canfield, Kim Walsh Phillips, Brendon Burchard, Ryan Levesque, Rich Schefren, Stu Mclaren, Harvey Mackay, Tom Peters, Brian Scudamore, Wayne Brady, Tim Ferris, Michael Eisner, Brian Tracy, and Coach Lou Holtz.
