Russ Ewell is a minister and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in ministry and spiritual counseling. His writing comes from a deep desire to help more people get to know God on a personal level through the Bible. His style is personal; he will openly share his journey in hopes of inspiring you to continue with yours. Russ’ spiritual and personal life has been significantly shaped by being a father to children with special needs. Watching his sons battle to overcome the human limits of autism and Down’s syndrome taught Russ and his wife, Gail, to innovate and let go of conventions and traditions. Russ brought this lesson into his spiritual life, and he constantly looks for ways to grow and change, refusing to settle for religious traditions or conventions. Years of creative and spiritual struggle turned Russ into a social entrepreneur as well as a minister. The entrepreneurial enterprises born out of his journey are Digital Scribbler, Hope Technology Group, E-Sports, Lead Different, and Deep Spirituality. He is the CEO of Digital Scribbler, as well as the founder of Hope Technology Group and E-Sports. Russ received a Jefferson Award as well as a Congressional Citation in recognition of his work for individuals with special needs in the Bay Area. Through these projects and his writing, he hopes to share not only the discoveries that have enriched his life but also ideas that he hopes will change the future. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Gail, and their three children.
