Ron Smith was born in 1964 at Larson Air Force Base in Moses Lake Washington, to US native parents, grew up as a young boy in Oakland CA, moved to Sacramento CA in 1979. Earning his BA in Ministerial Studies at Epic Bible College in 2013, served as president of the student body 2007-2009 credited for pioneering an outreach ministry to the homeless, Certified Drug Counselor CADC-II since 2010, Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University 2016. Earned honorary as Mentor Extraordinaire from Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center Reentry Program working with the Sacramento Sheriff's Dept 2018, featured in MSNBC's Lockup Sacramento 2015 "Force LaForce" episode as being an example of hope to the inmate population he was once a part of.
