I decided to take a break from a career recovering the cash from failed banks to take on something completely out of my wheelhouse - write a novel! I plumbed my experiences in the seedier realms of international finance, and used them, along with my experiences and passion for diving, climbing, and caving, to write my debut novel, an action/adventure thriller titled Varuna. I loved the experience, and decided to keep writing! I'm now working on my second novel. I live in Portland Oregon with my lovely partner, Cathy. We love to hike, canoe, sea kayak, bicycle, and ride our motorcycle across the gorgeous Oregon countryside.
