She holds an MBA and a law degree from the University of Virginia and a degree in economics from Brown University. When she’s not at work, Pavani spends time with her daughter and husband and serves on the Board of Directors of The Positivity Project, a nonprofit focused on helping hundreds of K–12 schools to develop character strengths in their students.
