Nickey Knighton is a Southern Girl and a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) graduate from Tuskegee University During undergrad, she pledged a Black Greek Sorority with 28 other women, with whom she remains very close. After college, she served tours of duty in the military on several different continents, including North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. She was able to connect with her Sisters and HBCU Family around the world. From high school to the present, Nickey discovered her natural passion for creating and maintaining meaningful relationships and connecting with friends. When Nickey isn’t working on her next novel, she enjoys living a life full of variety, including hanging out and cooking for family and friends, listening to music of all genres, going to the beach or mountains, watching game shows, and settling down with a good book from her home library.
