Thanks for stopping by to find out more about me. Who is Nanny P? I've had 12+ years of full-time nanny experience and have had the privilege of working with multiple families and various ages of children. In my "Nanny Notes on Toddler" series, I tackle some of the most common issues that parents deal with when it comes to raising children of the ages 1-3 years old. My own philosophy of childcare is that children need adults in their lives who'll give them love, discipline, guidance, a safe environment (physically and emotionally), fun and creativity, motivation, vision and self confidence. I design each of my blueprints with these principles in mind. I also publish children's short chapter books (for age 7+) under the pen name PJ Ryan.
