Michael N. Ruggiero is a Philadelphia native and La Salle University graduate whose career spans more than four decades across media, broadcasting, and storytelling. After earning his degree in 1970 and becoming a proud member of Phi Kappa Theta, he began his professional path at Deloitte & Touche in New York, where he developed the financial discipline and strategic insight that would shape his work for years to come.

In 1976, Ruggiero launched a cable television marketing firm that quickly gained industry attention. His success led to a recruitment by Cox Communications, where he was appointed Division Manager and relocated to Indianapolis in 1979. During this period, he played a key role in the expansion and evolution of cable television as it entered a new era of national growth.

In 1983, Ruggiero founded ALL TV Services Inc., a communications consulting firm serving broadcasters and cable operators during a transformative time in the industry. Through this work, he contributed to the early development and launch of major television networks, including HGTV, MSNBC (formerly America’s Talking), The Military Channel, and The History Channel.

As digital broadcasting emerged, Ruggiero continued to operate at the forefront of innovation. In 2003, ALL TV Services was selected to support The Tube Music Network, the first digital entertainment network embedded within broadcasters’ digital multicast streams. His work also helped bring Latino Alternative Television (LATV) and Universal Sports to market, the latter now part of the NBCUniversal Sports portfolio.

Beyond broadcasting, Ruggiero is a co-owner of Perennial Pictures Film Corporation, an animation studio where he produced fourteen animated television specials and a feature film alongside his partners. These productions are available on Amazon Prime, YouTube, and iTunes.

Today, Ruggiero brings his extensive media background and lifelong passion for storytelling to his literary work as the author of the 7th Soul Trilogy, blending metaphysical intrigue, suspense, and character-driven narratives rooted in faith, resilience, and transformation.
