Raised in Stockton-on-Tees, England, the author spent many years living in London before moving to Andalucia in southern Spain. He has travelled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, Caribbean and South-East Asia over many years, harvesting material for writing both literature and songs. He plays guitar in rock bands, and lives happily in York, North Yorkshire, with his partner Liz,, two rabbits, and one tortoise. Dust has also been published in German as 'El Greco Und Ich' in both hardback and as an audiobook. Also published in complex Chinese in Taiwan as 'Dust'. Mark’s latest novel Eternal City, is set in Rome, and is published by Red Door 🚪
