Mark E. Tyson is a multi-genre author writing mostly Fantasy, Dark fantasy, and Horror. His first Epic Fantasy series, The Sacred Land Saga, is more of a traditional fantasy but he is currently working on branching off into other fantasy genres such as Gunpowder Fantasy, Gas Lamp Fantasy, Horror Fantasy, Weird Westerns, and more! He is also the author responsible for writing the Tournament of Mages series under the pen name Cleave Bourbon. Mark Tyson is an experienced Teacher who teaches creative writing, grammar, essay writing, and more. Mark E. Tyson holds both a B.A. and M.A. in English studies. He currently lives in Texas in order to be nearer to his two grown daughters and his three grandchildren ages 2, 4, and 7. Other than writing, Mr. Tyson enjoys camping, traveling, and slipping away into real life fantasy adventures as often as he can.
