Kris Reece is a Christian author, speaker, and toxic relationship expert who helps believers break free from manipulation, confusion, and control—without losing their faith, their voice, or their peace.

Whether it’s a narcissistic spouse, an enmeshed parent, or a spiritually manipulative leader, Kris equips you with biblically grounded tools to stop second-guessing yourself, set guilt-free boundaries, and walk confidently in your God-given identity.

Known for her practical, no-fluff teaching style, Kris combines her personal journey, decades of coaching, and her training as a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor (Ph.D. Christian Counseling, M.A. Theology) to guide others toward truth and transformation.

Through her YouTube channel, online courses, and speaking events, Kris has helped thousands escape toxic cycles and reclaim the abundant life God intended. Her latest book, Breaking the Narcissist’s Grip, offers clear steps to stop the emotional chaos and start healing—spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

If you’ve ever walked on eggshells, questioned your sanity, or felt spiritually stuck, Kris’s message is your lifeline to freedom, clarity, and the courage to follow Christ—not control.
