Kjell Fenn is a dynamic, creative person with varied interests ranging from education to fantasy to Christian devotionals to historical fiction. Kjell is a passionate educator who has presented workshops, seminars, and keynotes in the U.S. and internationally. He has authored Engage: Motivational Strategies for a Dynamic Classroom (Rowman & Littlefield) and is currently working with Solution Tree in his second educational title designed for new teachers (title is forthcoming). Kjell has written a YA Christian fantasy called Zaraphos with companion works (two journals and an activity sticker book). HOPELight, Kjell’s impression for journals and devotionals, has dozens of blank journals, whole books of the bible studies (called LightBRINGER books), and devotionals. Kjell has been writing, rewriting, editing, and drafting his historical fiction novel for over 15 years. Confessions of a Warrior was recently published after over a decade of intermittent writing, research, editing, and beta readers. Kjell has a B.A. in English, Secondary Education, an M.A. in Counselling: Human Behavior, an M.Ed. in Inclusive Education with a Bilingual Extension, and is a doctoral candidate at Liberty University. He is married to Marcy and has four children.
