Josh Mathe is passionate about squeezing every last drop from life, and helping others do the same. He is a speaker, author, fitness expert, nutritionist, ultra endurance athlete, and life adventurer. When he is not speaking at events or running through the wilderness, Josh works with individual clients as the owner of One10 Performance. Josh holds a Master’s of Science in Human Nutrition, and is a certified sports nutritionist (CISSN), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and endurance sport coach. Living by a mantra his wife actually coined - In order to know your limits you must be willing to test them - Josh is always engaged in one adventure or another. He has completed the John Muir Trail in under 7 days, qualified for multiple Olympic distance triathlon National Championships, finished an Ironman and 100 mile running race, won trail running races, and engaged in countless other excuses to make "work" play.
