He is also the host of the popular Boss Better Now podcast and founder of the BossBetter Leadership Academy. Joe previously served as head of Learning & Development for Physician Services at a top U.S. healthcare system. Prior to his years of service in healthcare, Joe spent a decade working in leadership and program development roles in student affairs in higher education. Joe holds the coveted Certified Speaking Professional™ (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association (NSA). Held by fewer than 20% of professional speakers worldwide, the CSP is the speaking profession’s international measure of speaking excellence. Joe holds a Masters degree from Ohio University and serves on the board of directors of the National Speaker’s Association. He has appeared as an expert in multiple media outlets including Forbes, Fortune, Newsweek, and the International Business Times.
