Jean is a student of 12-step recovery and Ignatian Spirituality. She hopes to introduce this generation to these life-giving tools. As someone touched by the disease of addiction and in recovery for the past 13 years, she loves helping people come out of isolation to find their own recovery. It is her goal to be a voice that helps eliminate the stigma that is associated with drug and alcohol addiction. She is a writer, blogger, a retreat leader and speaker.
