Eric is the author of The Raging Sloth, The Thrival Guide, and The Thrival Man 30-Day Devotional and helps individuals and organizations find harmony among the chaos. His desire is to show people how to create a better adventure in their own lives so they can live a thriving life. Through his writing, speaking, and coaching, he helps people realize they’re not alone in their struggles. By eliminating those distractions keeping you from a better story, you can truly live a thriving life. Eric started out early in his career blazing a quick trail of success as a consultant. However, a hip reconstruction surgery sidelined him and left him with chronic pain since the age of 27. Eric has spent the last few years helping people deal with their own obstacles and struggles—while realizing many people are weighed down with their own distractions without a path to move forward. Eric wants to show those who live with limitations and challenges that their lives have meaning and purpose. Through his speaking and writing, he is committed to helping people find their own path to a better adventure. Eric and his wife Erica live in the mountains of Colorado and are blessed with three awesome teenagers.
