I have been successful in developing meaningful client relationships in the building industry through delivering real results and maintaining trust for over 15 years. Those clients inspired me to write Well Built, to launch a podcast (The Morning Huddle Construction Show), and to found a company (Well Built Consulting) that's completely dedicated to improving the lives of the individuals who have chosen a career in the building industry by improving the great companies that are committed to doing the same. I am an entertainer and performer by nature and by training. I relish opportunities to speak to groups and move people. I live in Northern Baltimore County with my wife Lindsey, our 3 sons, and 2 black labs. We love the outdoors, and we have a cabin in the mountains of North Central PA that serves as our family retreat and amateur fly fishing lodge.
