Carla Damron writes fiction on a mission. A social worker and advocate, she believes fiction can both entertain and educate. Her lastest novel, THE WEIRD GIRL, won the Claymore Judge's pick award and its prequel, THE ORCHID TATTOO, won the Indie Excellence award for best suspense. She's also the author of THE STONE NECKLACE, which won the WFWA Star Award for best novel.
