Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Jessie Anne Lee, although my pennant has been Clarise Anne Westhafer. Lord willing, I will be making a few changes soon. I am sorry for the unclear message which I have written in my books. The Lord has been good to me, and given me grace over the recent past. Please be patient with me as I seek the Lord about the next book in my series. God bless you! By the grace of God, I am currently living in Jefferson City, MO. I love the Bible verse from Matthew 11.28-30, which says, "Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." I have been weak, but Jesus Has given me life, strength and grace. He is also faithful to forgive me, and teach me to walk by faith and not by sight. Since I got back from Romania, many distresses have come upon me. I now live in Jefferson City, MO, USA, in God's care. Let me share a beautiful testimony of how God protected me on the way back to America. At the Bucharest airport, I placed my passport before the security guard, and told him I was coming back to America. He looked at me doubtfully. "You are not American! You stole this passport." I was perplexed. "I am a Christian. I do not steal because Jesus Christ is my Saviour." I remembered a beautiful verse from Proverbs, " Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all they ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct they paths." The guard frowned and whirled around and stalked back to the office. I sat down, took a deep breath, and prayed. I heard him get on the phone and try to convince the American Embassy that I was not American. (Even though I was born in Texas.) Another guard also called in and I heard him also talking to the American Embassy about me. I began to shake with nervousness. Another guard looked at me with compassion. "Miss, would you like a drink of water?" He asked. I accepted the water and he smiled. "They won't hurt you; God will protect you," he said. "Praise God," I said. At last the security guard came back with my passport, and yelled at me to go and never come back. The kind guard sighed, took my arm and suitcase, and walked me through. Even now God is with me. I am homeless now, but I have everything I need. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Just today the woman here at the Salvation Army shelter gave me a pair of boots for my big feet. They fit! I still have food to eat, and good clothing. And God is good, and I am thankful. My story has been fictionalized in my books, and the truth is, the Lord is my stay. The Good Shepherd watches over his sheep.
