Adam Leipzig is a producer, educator, and advisor to executives and leadership teams, with a career spanning film, media, and technology. He served as a senior executive at Walt Disney Studios and as President of National Geographic Films, and has been involved in more than 40 films recognized by the Academy Awards, BAFTA, the Emmys, and Sundance, including March of the Penguins, Dead Poets Society, and Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.

Adam is a longtime faculty member at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, where he teaches creativity, leadership, and strategic communication to graduate students and senior executives, including leaders building AI driven organizations. His work looks at how creative, cultural, and business systems actually operate, and what that means for people trying to build something that lasts.

He is the author of Filmmaking in Action, Inside Track for Independent Filmmakers, and Fearless Persistence, and has spoken to executive and creative audiences worldwide, including a TEDx talk viewed more than 20 million times.
