Upon discovering the incredible effects of physiology and psychology on the human body the medical professionalist Dr. Aynan started researching the physiological and psychological aspects of the 10th cranial nerve. Being a major in medical science she tried to understand the systems of the human body and its response to different physical and psychological effects. As a successful clinician, she has attended many seminars and did several presentations on the vagus nerve and its effect and how its stimulation can help people in the treatment. After getting inspiration from her seniors she started the use of polyvagal theory on her patients and received aspirational results that compelled her to write on the respective topic. In her book, she emphasizes the role of the vagus nerve in stress trauma, several neurological diseases, other psychological and physiological effects. She is the kind of clinician and author who easily gains rhythm and harmony with her patients and the audience. At this young age, she has dedicated her time studying the vagus nerve. Her enthusiasm at work has shown people that there is a possibility of taking charge of the vagal tone and parasympathetic nervous systems.
