Where does Seduction of a Highland Lass rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is right at the top. I have only rated a few books, and this one was good enough for me to rate!

What other book might you compare Seduction of a Highland Lass to and why?

I like the Scottish Highland stories, and this one was like Paula Quinn's series Children of the Mist because Seduction of a Highland Lass was very touching and Paula's are books are touching as well.

Have you listened to any of Kirsten Potter’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No I have not, but she did such an awesome job. I will definitely trust her narration for another book I may be interested in.

Any additional comments?

I was really moved by Aleric and Keely's story its not quite like any I have ever read. It was so touching and loving and at times heartbreaking, and not to worry it had a very good ending. I have enjoyed reading Maya Banks stories for a while. However, these Highland Series books were very well done and they are my favorite Maya Banks books that I have read or listened to so far. I hope she continues to write stories with a Scottish Highland theme. I also enjoyed the narrator, I thought she did a fabulous job! I will definitely be listening to more books with her narration. I also hope that she does more Scottish Highland themed stories. She was great!I would recommend this book as one of my all time favorites.

this is yet another great one from Maya banks, which I'm sure I'll listen to again in the future. I'm thinking I'll have to get the next one in this series now. can't wait!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes. It's a very satisfying story and is well-narrated.

What did you like best about this story?

The fierce love and loyalty between Alaric and Keeley, as well as all the members of the McCabe clan is probably the best thing about this story.

Which scene was your favorite?

I think my favorite scene is when Alaric and Keeley are handfasted. Although it might also be when Keeley showed Laird MacDonald what she was made of.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I was shocked when I realized I was wrong about the heroine who would be starring in this story. But I couldn't have been more pleased with the heroine who *did* star.

Any additional comments?

Kirsten Potter, as always, wow'd me with her narration. Her ability to give these characters distinct voices and keep the pacing perfect makes for a fantastic listen!

Who knew being stabbed and on death's door could launch someone into the fascinating world of the highlander McCabes. This story picks up where the first left off. The pace of the story keeps you interested in the lives of the hero and heroine from beginning to end. The romance is so steamy and sweet at the same time. And at the end it keeps you wanting more.

Maya Banks has created a wonderful trilogy with strong characters. This is the second book and my favorite! With this story I cried my eyes out, I won't spoil the story and tell you why. This trilogy is a must read for anyone who loves highlanders! The narrator is wonderful as well!

Where does Seduction of a Highland Lass rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I thoroughly enjoyed both the narrator and the story. I purchased and listed to the whole series and loved them all. With other purchases, there have been times when the choice of narrator detracted from the story....not true here. Well done!

Yes yes yes! I have given some good reviews to some very good books of late. Yet this one deserves it so much more! I cried... streaming tears for a long time. .. to where my eyes were red and puffy. That sounds like its a sad story but it is more moving then sad. Its now in the very top of all the books I.have listened to.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Seduction of a Highland Lass?

This question could be such a spoiler! The moment in Maddys kitchen made me giggle. It was priceless. When the laird found Crispen missing from his bed... I can name quite a few. Just find out for yourself. ..!

What about Kirsten Potter’s performance did you like?

I have to say that at first (as in book one ) She sounds so much like Martha Stewart that it's distracting. I have to admit I am not a fan of hers. However I very quickly forgot all about it. Her personalities are flawless. Her accents, cadence, emotional interpretation and textures are fabulous!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Oh my... yes, I sure did. I stated that fact already and I stand by my original opinion. This one is, without a doubt,well worth the listen!

Worth the credit? Yep!

I cried, laughed, and smiled throughout this entire book! 😭😭😭 I loved it so much, and literally bawled my eyes out as I was listening. The narration was really good as expected of Kirsten Potter! She does a great job with narrating and then switching to Male and female voice!

Very moving and actually brought tears to my eyes towards the end. Enjoyed this trilogy immensely, but Alaric and Keeley's story was very moving and filled with emotion. One of the best trilogy series I have read and/or listened too. (I have both paperbacks, nook, and audible versions.) Kirsten Potter was a fantastic audible narrator. Highly Recommend!
