Great story, but went super fast. The ending seemed a bit rushed, but that’s probably why she wrote the extended version. I laughed quite a bit at this book, especially in the beginning. I look forward to the next book. I purchased the audio version and the narration was fantastic. The female sounded like Jennifer Aniston with a mid-south accent & the male was just perfect. He kind of reminded me of the Richard Fish character in Ally McBeal.

MMC was insane! Very intense. I like it. FMC was a little annoying and the accent was too much. The story was short and too the point, but long enough to get the story told.

While I loved the story, the ending was predictable. Most stories like these are anyway. I liked it was short and could listen to it all in one work shift, I felt the author could have drawn it out some. The meeting to being together seemed a bit rushed to me.

I already read this book for Annie as an arc read and was so excited to listen to the audio! It was so good. Like reading the book for the first time again! ❤️❤️❤️
