Would you listen to Blood Brothers, Episodes 1-4 again? Why?

No. I have way too many books to read and listen to to be able to double read my books.

Who was your favorite character and why?

As a romantic, I would choose Galen. I was shocked a bit to see this type a man seemed to fall in love too fast, but thought it was so romantic.

Have you listened to any of Charlie Buxwood and Samantha Cook ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, I have not listened to these two performers before but would definatly enjoy them in other books as I have this one.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I don't think there was any particular moment that moved me. I did enjoy every time Galen and Braden talked to themselves in a good way in their feelings for Eliza and then turn around and think and say such things as she was a whore, a slut and many other shameful words and phrases. I could just see their minds trying to say the opposite of what they actually felt, trying to protect their heart. Like the beginning of a great, long lasting love that was coming.

Any additional comments?

If this book wasn't free I never would have listened to it because the story is

so incomplete and ends a a big cliff hanger. That being said, I loved the steamy story, the

sex scenes were hot, hot, hot! The character developemrnt was slow but I think it is because

there is so much more of the story to come. If the rest of the story was free, I would

definately listen to the rest. Sorry, but I have this reaction to cliff hangers. It always makes

me believe that it is just a way to sell more books. I will not deduct a star for that reason

because I think anyone reading this series will just love it!

I was hooked. The narration was excellent and I loved the story line. What's disappointing is that there are 3 more books, but they are not available on Audible nor are they available to purchase that I can find. I need to know the rest of the story. I am hoping Audible gets the next 3 chapters soon.

Galen and Braden Blood are brothers but not by blood. They're crazy rich and have morals and a competitive nature that was deprecatingly low. When they select Eliza as part of one of their competitive games (mostly sexual), she agrees to submit to them for 6 months.

In my opinion these stories 1-4 are a little too crass for the length of the story. While I don't mind the coarse and crude story, to me this 1-4 seemed to me to be too forced for the length of the story.

These books are so short you could finish them during lunch... they are awesome, but each leaves more questions and you can't get a copy of #5 or 6 anywhere ... and everything I read says they leave you hanging and they are a let down. people were asking in 2016 when #7 and #8 would be released and it's now 2019 (Update 2024). Her website isn't up to date with even #4 so my guess is she could afford to publish the last ones.
