I’m giving this a 4 star mainly because the narrators were so good. I honestly just didn’t care for the story that much. For me there was just too much inner dialogue and not enough actual conversations with anyone. Kayla was very back and forth to me. One minute she talks about running and not wanting anything to do with Adryan and then the next she can’t get close enough to him.

I could understand the way he felt towards Kayla, she was his fated mate after all. So him being over the top most of the time, didn’t really bother me. It did get annoying to constantly hear about how much of a bada$$ he was. I didn’t need to hear about it all the time, just prove it.

This was the first book by this author for me and since the books on in Kindle Unlimited, I might read the others just to get their stories.

As I said earlier, the narrators saved this book for me. I really love Stella Hunter. She is in my top 5 female narrators. Jason Clarke is perfect as Adryan. His voice was so deep and growly, it was just perfect.

I enjoyed every minute of this book! The heat factor was OFF THE CHARTS, but it was more than that. It also had action that had me on the edge of my seat not knowing what was going to happen. Finding their true mate and defending that bond with everything they have.

Kayla has had no luck in the guy department and can’t figure out why, until she has a chance meeting with dark stranger in a club one night that awakens her body like no one ever has. Adryan, head of the American Vampire clan, due to the way his kind bonds, never gets aroused by a woman unless they’re his fated mate. When he senses Kayla in his club, he has to have her.

This is probably the naughtiest book I’ve listened to in quite some time. Praise, voyeurism, the list goes on. I have so many bookmarks in this audio. I loved this book so much and enjoyed getting to know the characters that I have to start back at book 1 so I can know everyone!

Stella Hunter and Jason Clarke are absolutely fantastic in this audiobook. Performances that will leave you breathless. They amazing together! This book is a MUST HAVE in audio. Trust me! Possibly the dirtiest I have ever heard Jason Clarke.

I love Jennika Snow books! I’m working my way through the series. I also love the narrators Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter. They really bring life to the characters. I felt like I was right there with them at some point. I love the way they capture the emotions perfectly. The book itself was so awesome! I’m a big fan of Fantasy stories and Jennika Snow never fails to deliver! Awesomely Amazing!
