As a newcomer to the alien tribe, I've struggled to find my place. It might be because I'm a tad headstrong at times. And yes, I might have thrown a few things at people's heads. But I had a good reason to pitch a fit - my shy sister was stolen away right under my nose. Of course, now she's back and mated. Everyone's happy...except me.

Strangely enough, the only person that I think understands what I'm going through is the same blue-skinned brute that stole my sister. It's wrong to hook up with him, even as a mindless fling.

I was worried about Maddie as the FLC based on how she whined and was self pitying leading up to this book. this book did not disappoint and has been one of my favorites so far. I appreciate getting straight to the spicy time where many books before this had too much build up to the big show. Ruby still has me hooked in with the discovery of the ancient city....on to the next!

I’ve been listening to this series for days. It’s hard to stop.
This was a good book also. Not my favorite but still really good.
She’s the last un mated human of the series and is tired of seeing all the happy couples. She’s a bigger gal and grumpy. The man who stole her sister is for some reason getting her attention and soon she slips away to give him a piece of her min.

The main characters were good. Female was strong in some ways but more felt like a front. Insecure on the inside. Angry at the world. But I do like most of her outlooks and she’s funny. The male is….. well nice. He grows on you. But does not make great decisions. So they make a perfect couple. Balance themselves.

Series is still going strong
Readers are still doing great also.

I gotta say I love the names the humans make up. Like for the planet nothoth and then when they find an alien potato. Called it notpotato
So funny and creative.

This was by far my favorite with two characters originally made to look like troublemakers. The redemption was perfectly done and I LOL’d the whole book. I love Maddie and Hassan!

The story for the couple in this book is Fantastic and Entertaining as Ruby Dixons books always are. Highly recommend. Performance by the voice actors is Spot On once again. Loved every minute. Didn't want it to end.

Maddie is my favorite female character bc she just doesn’t care what anyone thinks. I’m convinced she would actually fight a man over her man.

This one had some different unique plot points, the spicy ness was well distributed. The character development was so good and really natural and good set up for the next.

My favorite Ice Planet Barbarians book so far. This one was great from start to finish. I loved how the FMC is bold, but also caring. I think she got a bad rap at the beginning just because she was worried about her sister. The MMC and FMC had numerous funny conversations in this book as they tried to navigate their complicated relationship. I enjoyed how the FMC wasn't ashamed to find pleasure with the MMC.

The big event in this book also contributed to my enjoyment. The MMC was heroic and his devotion to the FMC and to his people was touching. He definitely was redeemed in this book.
