I have a hard time not finishing books, but this one gave me a run for my money. The story was pure fantasy fluff. It tried to have depth but it was so unrealistic, it just couldn’t. If you know you’re fluff, own it.

The female narrator was unbearable to listen to. If you speed up her chapters to 1.5x, it makes it tolerable. She just reads everything soooooo slooooooow! The male narrator was great! It was a pain to go into the app and alter the read speed for every chapter.

Overall, it was worth a one time listen but never again. I will also be avoiding stories read by the female narrator.

The narrators Adrienne West & Brock Monroe did a good job. Bad Apple was a quick low angst listen with enjoyable characters.

The Narrator was alright, but definitely not the best I have heard. They impression of a male voice felt odd to me, but they didn't do a bad job. The story was good and I enjoyed the story enough to were I would recommend it, but not at the top of my list. If you like movie star types that kind of force their way into people's lives then this is the story for you.

I loved this audiobook. It was hot from the start with well drawn characters, witty dialogue and wonderfully low angst. Some might say a bit unrealistic, but what a fabulous escape from reality. The narration was fantastic and the pace and length of the book perfect. This is the second book I have listened to by Elle Kennedy, but it will absolutely not be the last.

I thought the story was decent. Enough to pull you in, not too much drama. Would have liked a little bit more details in the story line.

The voices by the readers are quite hard to picture to the characters which let's it down.

Enjoyed this Elle Kennedy novella. Even though the book is short, both characters have interesting back stories and depth. They meet during a hotel room mix up. She doesn’t recognize him and he finds that refreshing and restful. He’s caught up in media circus and moves in with her to hide. They become friends and lovers before she pushes him away when his presence has a negative effect on her life. Won’t spoil anything but there’s a satisfying HEA.

All Hollywood actor, Ben Barrett, wanted was some sleep and privacy. Yep, that was all he wanted when he checked into a nondescript NY hotel. He did not anticipate the sexy woman waking him in the room. That bit of mistaken identity could just lead to Ben finally finding love and peace. Growing up as a foster kid has left its mark on Maggie Reilly. She is super focused on her goal of becoming a social worker. To accomplish that goal, she works as a waitress, volunteers at a community center and takes as many college classes as possible to get her degree. She doesn’t have time for a relationship so she has a friend with benefits arrangement...with an out of town friend. They hook up whenever he’s NY a couple of times a year. This night, Maggie eagerly heads to the hotel and goes to the room...except...her friend isn’t in the room but a stranger! From this encounter comes a relationship that is beautiful and unassuming. The story is well written and so interesting that you won’t want to put it down!

The story was okay. The male narrator did a good job however, the female narrator was very slow, I had to speed her up which in turn speeds up the male narrator to fast. Really frustrating.
